Lobos Predicted to Win on Final Home Game!

On their last game as Lobo Football players at the University Stadium, the Lobo seniors will come out with a win. Lead by Carmen Messina the senior Lobos will be able to hold their heads up high after the win knowing this lone win on their turf was worth all the dissapointments throughout their Lobo football careers, and to the loyal fans that will attend this last home game of the 2011 season.

I just saw on the crawl on ESPN that UNM accepted a 3 million$ payoff from the MWC to secede from league. Craig Thompson broke the news in Denver, while AD Paul Crebs held his own press conference in Albuquerque. Crebs went on to say that the money will be used for the basketball program in hopes of following current MWC member BYU in joining the West Coast Conference where they will become travelling partners. Commissioner Thompson expressed his regrets to the university, but stated the unprecedented move was neccesary for the league to attain BCS status after the Lobos' horrific performance in Oregon on Saturday. Coach Locksley was unavailable for comment as the embattled head man was still trying to make the proper connections at the Salt Lake airport where he was reportedly last seen sobbing uncontrollably while trying to find his gate.There were unfounded reports that Coach Lox took a swing at a Delta Airlines ticket agent when informed that TCU,BYU,and Fresno State all had impressive openers.

What a game the Ducks against the Lobos how can one team like the Lobos let the Ducks get 59 points in the First half all i can say for the New Mexico Lobos is they need a hole new team and losing 72-0 on your first game of the season you guys need some help or a new coach. Go Ducks
